"Get Ready For The Next Battle..."

Ready for School

The Excecution

The theory’s done.
The plan’s set.
Now it’s time to move.

This is where the talking stops.
This is where I show what it’s worth — not just to me, but to anyone tired of inflated prices and forgotten kit.

No shortcuts.
No safety net.
Just work.

Let’s see what happens.
Are you with me?

Pile of Bullets

The Idea

MilSurp is expensive. Trade MilSurp isn’t.

But You probably don’t need 200 E-tools — we get it.

We keep it simple:
Over £10? Add £2.00 + 30% of what we paid, plus the individual item’s cost.

Under £10? Add £1.00 + 50%, plus the individual item’s cost.

[ Collectibles are excluded from this pricing. ]

Office Building

The Planning

Right now, I work 40 hours a week on a minimum wage office job. Between rent, medication, and other essentials, there's not much left for my passion: military surplus and militaria.

The plan? Save £3,000–£4,000 in 6–8 months through work, small events, car boot sales, and online surplus sales — all while building awareness of my new military surplus shop.

Around £200 will go toward becoming a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) so I can eventually offer deactivated firearms (deacs) and obsolete calibre guns (OCs). The rest will fund infrastructure, bulk surplus stock, and help cover basic expenses during this startup phase.

The ultimate goal: take time off work to test a local market stall. If I can clear £1,000/month, it’s a win — and I’ll consider making it permanent. If not, I’ll regroup, return to work, and try again after refining the plan.

Whether it’s sourcing quality military surplus, selling deacs and OCs, or testing retail in places like Wellingborough, I’m all in — and learning as I go.
